User Profile

Each user has a personal User Profile in Aphex Planner. This profile is linked to a unique and verified email address and is a User's Identity in Aphex Planner.

Each User Profile contains the following data; Name, Email, Password, Phone Number and Role.

To view your User Profile (Jump To ↦) , navigate to the user menu and select Your Profile.

Reset your Password

Your password is a critical piece of information but it's amazing how easy it is to forget! If you do get locked out, don't worry, resetting your password is easy.

Step 1: Navigate to the Reset Password Page (Jump To ↦)

Step 2: Enter your Email Address

Remember this needs to be the validated email address that you enrolled with

Step 3: Collect your emailed Reset Link.

You will receive an email containing a unique and temporary reset link that will allow your password to be reset. Click the reset password button in the email or paste the URL into Chrome.

Step 4: Set a New Password. Enter a new password, match it below and don't forget it!

Did you know? Passwords containing a random combination of 8 or more lowercase
and uppercase letters as well as numbers and symbols would take more than 
10 years to crack.
